I work as Learning Technology & Insights Specialist — managing the systems that power our global learning ecosystem, turning usage data into insights that actually inform decisions, and exploring what AI tools can realistically contribute to how people learn at work.

Two decades in L&D taught me what learners and businesses actually need. The last few years I've been building the technical side to match: analytics, platform integration, automation, and now a BSc in Data Science with a thesis on machine learning applied to sports performance prediction — which keeps the thinking sharp even outside of work.
